FENDI 2026 Early Spring Collection Released
The FENDI Cruise 2026 collection is inspired by designer Silvia Fendi’s personal sartorial memories. In a photo taken with Karl Lagerfeld in Monaco in 1983, she wore an 80s-style party dress. When her granddaughter found the vintage dress in her closet, Silvia Fendi wanted to revisit it and give it its joyful essence. She updated the design for contemporary needs, especially by adding a pocket for a mobile phone in the ruffle detail. The polka dots on the dress evolved into an abstract and painterly animal print – inspired by the night moth. The moth motif is further developed in subtle designs and in a variety of techniques, such as intarsia on shearling, prints on shirts and pleated skirts, and embroidery on sequined party dresses.

Miu Miu and Catherine Martin collaborate on new Upcycled collection
Catherine Martin, a costume and art director who has won four Academy Awards, was invited by Miuccia Prada to create a new Upcycled series with Miu Miu, bringing her vintage aesthetics into the context of sustainable fashion.
Martin's design was inspired by the foreign artist community in southern France in the 1920s, supplemented by the imagination of the romantic atmosphere of the interwar period, outlining a group of Bohemian descendants who seemed to linger in Saint-Tropez a hundred years ago, shuttling between faded manors and glimmers.

The series uses a large number of old knitted fabrics, denim and antique lace collected from the global vintage market, supplemented by recycled cashmere and recycled craftsmanship, giving new life and meaning to loose-fitting pullovers, sailor-collared jackets and dresses. At the same time, Martin also held the director's baton for the first time for this collaboration and shot the short film "Grande Envie", using fictional characters as clues to construct a complete and dreamy visual presentation of the inspiration of the series.
