We love your ISSANYI look, but we WON’T hold you to it!

Having a second thought? No worries. We've all been there.

  • You'll have 90 DAYS to return most ISSANYI  purchases for a refund, as long as your purchase is still in sale-able condition(unwashed and unworn).
  • Returns within 45 DAYS of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Returns within 46-90 DAYS of purchase will be issued a store credit only.
  • The Sale items marked with a discounts less than 50% can be returned for eGift Card if returned within 14 DAYS of the shipping date.

CONDITIONS:

  • We are NOT able to provide any exchange in sizes.
  • Sale items marked with a discounts of 50% or greater are final sale.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
  • US Domestic Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee if you would like to use our pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from your refund. You are also more than welcome to pick your own preferred shipping carrier and pay postage yourself.
  • Return as store credit will be free of charge. A pre-paid return labels will be emailed to you once you have successfully submitted a return request from our return center. Once your return is processed, you will receive a gift card with the equivalent amount of your return. This gift card can be used in any further purchase with ISSANYI, and has no expiration date.
  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax.
  • We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by the customs border office.
  • Please contact our Customer Service at customercare@issanyi.com for shipping information and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code before you ship back your return items

We do not provide return service for products with following conditions

  • Jewelry; Product mentioned "non-returnable".
  • Sample Sale Items (Sample Sale Clothing are indicated as "Sample Sale" and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.)
  • Sale items marked with a discounts of 50% or greater are final sale.
  • For your protection and care, we will not be accepting any returns on intimate items (bras and panties). Intimate items that are sent to us for return will be automatically shipped back to you.
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as: (a) Products have been used, damaged, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell. (b) Products altered or washed.
